Dr. DePrince
attended Saint Joseph’s University receiving a
Bachelor’s in Science degree. He went on to attend
medical school at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic
Medicine.
The doctor
did his general rotating internship at the Kennedy Health
Systems. He attended an anesthesiology residency program
at Hahnemann University where he learned a variety of
techniques in pain management, orthopedics, sports medicine
and cardio-thoracic medicine. The doctor completed a
residency program in general medicine and is board certified.
He has been
the Medical Director and physician for the city of Ocean
City, an associate of the Ocean City Medical Center.
He has been a staff-admitting physician for Shore Memorial
Hospital, Burdette Tomlin Hospital, Virtua Hospital
System, and Kennedy Hospital System. The doctor has
trained and is now affiliated with the University of
Pennsylvania Hospital, Thomas Jefferson Hospital, Deborah
Heart & Lung Hospital, and Hahnemann University
Hospital. The doctor currently runs the Medical Department
and Alternative Pain Management Department at the South
Jersey Health and Wellness Center.
Dr. DePrince
is very active in the community. He is the treasurer
for Strictly Business Networking and for the Camden
County Medical Society. He is a lecturer for numerous
companies, associations, groups, clubs and libraries.

Unique to
Dr. DePrince abilities besides general medical care
is his knowledge of Neural Therapy
and Radiofrequency Surgical Cauterization
techniques. Both techniques provide pain relief from
any injury or condition involving a muscle or bone such
as knee problem (ACL tears, meniscus tears, arthritis)
to back pain (disc herniations, spinal stenosis).
Treatment
Philosophy: The doctor believes that all aspects
of a patient’s health are important. He strives
to help his patient’s learn how to live a good
nutritional life style, stressing exercise and fitness.
He assists each patient in staying healthy and avoiding
problems before they occur. Most medical facilities
practice disease state management. Dr. DePrince will
attempt to help you to NOT get sick. He spends a lot
of time with each patient truly listening. Communicating
with his patient’s to help them understand is
one of his strengths in addition to the unique and exciting
techniques he offers to his patients.
